Cyberbullying Classes for Grades 3-8*
Synopsis
Tom, like thousands of other kids, is the victim of bullying. What makes Tom’s problem especially difficult is that he can’t simply leave the bullying at school. When Tom checks his email or cell phone, or logs on to his favorite websites, the bullying continues. In these brand-new cyberbullying classes, students learn why cyberbullies threaten, embarrass or bully others. Group activities, scenes and small group discussion help students understand the emotional consequences of cyberbullying and lead them to brainstorm possible solutions to this widespread problem.
