CLIMB Plays
Effective Education. Exceptional Entertainment.

CLIMB Theatre’s plays are research-based, and responsibly written to achieve specific educational objectives.  They are also excellent theatre—that’s what makes them so effective as education.   But don’t take our word for it…learn about the independent research done on CLIMB’s work here.

We hire great directors and fine designers, and we audition over 2,000 actors before choosing the seventeen who will comprise our Performing Company.  Performing in ensembles of three to four actors, each diverse cast brings its own sets, props and costumes directly into school gyms, multi-purpose rooms, and auditoriums.  Prior to each performance, CLIMB mails schools one copy of our free teacher activity and discussion guide and a copy of a take-home newsletter for parents.  The take-home newsletter describes CLIMB, the play their children saw, and activities parents can do with their children. Schools are free to copy the teacher guide and take-home newsletters, as needed.
