An ordinary backyard birthday party becomes extraordinary when Artor, a reformed bully from the planet Sharlmar, lands in the center of it. Compelled to stop bullying wherever he finds it, Artor takes the kids into deep space, where a bully learns empathy, a victim learns self-assertion, and a bystander is motivated to take action.
